Delivery and Returns

Standard Shipping

Shipping is to continental United States. Depending on package size and shipping distance, most handmade packages take between 2-7 days in transit after fulfillment. Some products are in stock and will ship same or next day. Handmade products (JustKnotWood and Modernized Designs) are made to order in most cases and can take as little as 3 days to create, or up to 3 weeks depending on complexity and current order volume. Non handmade items will ship from a third party vendor and shipping times may vary. Custom orders may require more time and will be communicated at or before purchase.  

RETURNS

All products made by JustKnotWood are of the highest quality standards and returns are always accepted within the first 30 days for any reason. We will offer you a refund or store credit upon receiving the product back in original condition. Refunds and store credits will be for the original purchase price paid minus our original incurred shipping costs to deliver the product to you. Before returning any item, you can contact us at justknotwood@gmail.com to get a receipt of original shipping charges that will be deducted from your return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

-Damaged Items

Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. We will gladly replace or fully refund your damaged items upon receiving photos of the damaged products and the corresponding damage to the packaging. We are unable to refund a damaged item without photo evidence of the damage to the package and product.
